Call us at (321) 296-9602 and speak to a JRSCB representative who will help guide you through the next few steps on getting the ball rolling on your very own custom bicycle. 

Before JRSCB designs a mock up draft for you custom bicycle there is a $40 charge. This charge will go towards your custom bicycle after JRSCB and the client agree on custom project.Which is nonrefundable.

After all your information is calculated  JRSCB  will send you a digitized version of your bicycle. Once you’re satisfied with the final drafting of your bicycle, you will be able to purchase the product through the PayPal system. The customized “job” will appear in the SHOP. After purchase, the customer will be notified with shipping information and a confirmation number.

Here at JRS Custom Bicycles we want to make your payment process very easy. So we provide the (50%-50%) payment option. This gives you the ability to put a down deposit on your bicycle which is 50% of the total cost. Once your customization is completed you will be notified to pay the remaining 50% balance to recieve your product.

JRScustombicycles.com operatorates its payment transactions through Paypal merchant which accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard AMEX etc. If you are paying with a credit card you can do so through Paypal, it helps keep you protected.

We take great pride in our work here at JRS Custom Bicycles and due to the bicycle being customized on a personalizable nature we do not offer exchanges or returns.

Our team is dedicated to meet your needs for customizing your bicycle. Each build is different with unique detail-oriented designs. The completion of customization takes 14 days upon the day of recieving full payment and agreeing on the custom design. When bicycle is completed  JRS will contact the end user via e-mail with a picture of the finished material with all the shipping information inclosed. Receiving the custom bike depends on what delivery option was chosen.

When reciveing your bicycle we offer two kinds of shipping choices:

COMPLETE – For individuals who aren’t mechanically inclined. We will ship your customize bicycle fully completed ready to ride once it reaches it’s final destination. 

DIY – This option allows you to build the bicycle yourself. This is for those who have the proper tools & knowledge to completely assemble a bicycle.

Once the item(s) are ready and prepared for shipping we will send you an e-mail or text notifying you with tracking information.
